Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry ยท Telehealth across Texas
I'm Dr. Arpit Heer, a board-certified psychiatrist. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive counseling, lifestyle, and an integrative approach to mental health. Now seeing patients by telehealth across Texas.
Now accepting new patients
I'm Dr. Arpit Heer, a board-certified psychiatrist. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, trauma, and the kind of stress that builds up around school, work, relationships, and major life transitions. Many of the people I see feel overwhelmed or exhausted, or simply frustrated that they're not functioning the way they know they can.
My approach is integrative. I combine the rigor of evidence-based Western medicine with a broader view of health, treating the whole person rather than a list of symptoms. Medication management is the core of what I do, and I do it carefully and conservatively. Alongside it, I also draw on supportive counseling, lifestyle, sleep, and nutrition: practical, evidence-based changes that support how you feel day to day.
I also believe good care should respect your time. Visits are efficient and focused. They're structured enough to make real progress, never rushed, and conversational enough that you actually feel heard. I take time to understand the full picture before recommending anything, and every plan is built around your goals. No two patients are the same, and your treatment shouldn't be either.
Reaching out can be hard, whether you're struggling yourself or worried about a child or someone you love. My goal is simple: an honest, judgment-free space to understand what's going on, and a practical path toward feeling like yourself again.
